Module Register Summary

The Module Register Summary report lists registers and summarises the number of learners who were present, late or absent. Clicking a figure in the Present / Late / Absent columns shows a list of the learners in the register with that attendance status.

Parameters

• Module - Filters by the selected modules.

• Occurrence Code - Filters by the selected occurrence codes.

• Register - Filters by the selected module registers.

• Attendance Status - Filters by the selected attendance statuses.

• Start / End date - Filters by attendances that occurred in the date range.

• Only show active modules - Toggles between only showing active modules and showing all modules.

• Only show marked registers - Toggles between only showing marked registers and showing all registers.

• Ready to run - Set this to Yes when all other parameters are set as required.
